Here at Neighborhood Plants, it is important to us that our plant community and customers have the support they need so that we can keep growing, together. Health & Safety

The health and safety of our team and customers  is our top priority. Face coverings are required by our team and customers for curbside pick and delivery. We sanitize our hands/gloves very frequently especially before handling your order or delivering them. We are committed to doing our part in keeping you and our communities safe.

Delivery & Curbside Pick Up

We offer local delivery or curbside pick up for all online orders. Please visit our Delivery & Pick Up page for details and instructions.

 

Adjustment to Delivery Time/Day:

We will always do our best to stick to the plan but if the unexpected happens, we have a Plan B. In the event we experience delays/high volume of delivery orders, we may need to adjust your delivery timeframe or delivery day. We will be sure to notify you if your delivery time/day changes. Thank you so much in advance for your understanding.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds:

It is our mission that you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase at Neighborhood Plants. We will always give thoughtful consideration to your request for a return. Neighborhood Plants will consider returns on all non-plant items within 7-days of purchase as long as the item(s) are accompanied by an original receipt and in “non-altered” condition, including original packaging, labeling, and/or stickers. To conduct the refund, items will need to be returned to our San Francisco shop location during curbside pick up hours (Saturday & Sunday, 12:00pm-4:00pm), or by appointment. For live plants, all sales are final, but please reach out to us immediately if you're having issues with your new plant.

Cancellations for Delivery or Pick Up:

To cancel a delivery order and avoid a cancellation fee, please contact us immediately and before the day of your scheduled delivery. Should you initiate a cancel order request the day of your scheduled delivery, the delivery fee is non-refundable (charge is converted to a same day cancellation fee) or a $10 cancellation fee will be charged for cancelled orders that qualified for free shipping. For curbside pick up orders, please contact us within 24 hours to cancel.

 

We want to ensure that our customers are completely happy with their Neighborhood Plants purchases and it is our sincere hope that our customers will utilize good judgment and a spirit of fairness before requesting to return purchases or cancel an order.

 

Neighborhood Plants reserves the right to make the final judgment as to the appropriateness of a return or cancellation.
